Air and Esta

This is a combination of 2 properties - a 2 bedroom cottage sleeping 5 and a 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4. In total, there is room for 9 and 2 infants, although a max of 5 adults in total.

Sea Esta Cottage

Sea Esta is situated on Perran Court, a central location, close to the village amenities including table tennis table, archery, tennis court, pub and pool, but is not affected by traffic as it is on a cul-de-sac.

Living area

Enter through the front door into the hallway with cloakroom under the stairs. To your right is a door into the well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need for a self-catering holiday. There’s a dining space with table, chairs and bench. The rear living space has 2 sofas, tub chair, and Smart TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead onto the rear patio garden. We leave toys, games and DVD's for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom at the rear has a double bed, plenty of clothes storage, dressing table / mirror, and Smart TV. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a full-size single bed and deep storage cupboard. Both bedrooms share the newly refitted bathroom with toilet, basin, rainfall shower over the bath with extra hand-held shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet off the hall.

Heating

Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in winter months.

Outside space

French doors from the living area open onto the sunny patio with wooden table and seating for six, and a small lawned area with hedges for privacy.

Parking

There are multiple parking bays to both the front and rear of the cottage.

Modern first floor apartment close to the meadows, perfect for a small family

Living Area

Sea Air has a generous open plan living / dining space. The lounge area has a Smart TV/DVD player, two large sofas, a dining area with table, 2 chairs & bench. The galley kitchen has a washer/dryer, fridge (with ice box), hob, oven, microwave and plenty of pots and pans.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Off the hall to the right is the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a storage cupboard with hanging space, drawers, vanity area, and Smart TV. Across the hall is the second bedroom with full-size bunks, TV, drawers, and clothes stand. Next to the second bedroom is the recently refurbished family bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower with adjustable handheld shower too.

Outside Area

Sea Air is close to the meadows for walks and picnics, and you are welcome to use the lawned area in front of or behind the apartment for sitting out. All grounds are communal?.

Parking

There are large parking bays on Woodspring Way, just outside the apartment. There's also two electric car charging points on Woodspring Way - payment required.
