Norman's Nook

Norman's Nook is new to Filey Bay Direct in March 2024, after an extensive programme of redecoration and refurbishment.

It is situated on The Parade, close to other properties, with a quiet south-facing patio which opens onto a communal boules court. Parking bays nearby on Green Close and Woodsping Way (first come first served).

Enter through the front door into a hallway with stairs up, and downstairs cloakroom. To your left is a door through to the open plan living space, with kitchen, dining table and chairs, sofas, and large wall-mounted smart TV. French doors in the lounge area lead to the private patio with wooden furniture, brick built BBQ (disposables recommended) and sunny outlook across the boules court.

To the right is the downstairs bedroom with TV and storage, ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms - the main kingsize bedroom with TV, storage, and its own ensuite shower room, and a twin bedroom. There is also a larger than average family bathroom with bath and a shower over.

Please note: the fridge is an under-counter fridge with ice box. A separate worktop freezer is available (we will set up for you) as an optional extra.
