Seashell Cove (NEW)

Seashell Cove Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private.

Enter through the side door into the spacious open plan living area. To the right is the large kitchen with all the appliances you need. To the left is the dining space. And in front, there are 2 sofas and an armchair set around the coffee table and log burner.

From the living space, there are large bifold doors onto the front deck, ideal for catching the afternoon and evening sun.

Down the hall, there are two bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite wet room room, and second bedroom with twin 2ft 6 single beds (can be joined to make a kingsize bed). One of the sofas in the living room is also a sofa bed.
Ensuite with bath tub and rainfall shower over.

Off-road parking for 2 cars. Log burner and underfloor heating make Seashell Cove cosy for breaks all year round. Ceiling fans in all rooms for the summer too.

Accessibility

Please note the path leading up to the property is on a slight incline. The driveway/path sleepers can also be uneven and slippery when wet and therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
