Wren Cottage

Wren Cottage is situated on Seaford Avenue, a quiet and private location at The Bay with its own off-road parking space.

Enter through the front door into a spacious hallway with downstairs toilet off. To your left is a door through to the large open plan living space, with two new fabric sofas and footstool, log-burning stove, dining table for 5, and galley kitchen. French doors in the dining area lead onto the patio with wooden furniture and BBQ.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. Main bedroom with double bed, TV, storage, and spacious ensuite shower room – newly refitted in October 2021. The second bedroom has full-size bunks and a full-size single bed, ideal for 3 children or a mix of adults and children. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Outside is a rear patio with seating, lawned area, BBQ, all very private, overlooking a golf course.

Up to 2 dogs welcome too.

We leave games, toys, boules set, books, DVDs and more for our guests to use. The property has a Now TV package, and there are TVs in both bedrooms too.

The log burner makes this cottage warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

Extra things to note:

We leave safety gates but please ensure you fit these to your satisfaction if needed. Travel cot is provided but requires your own bedding.

There are additional parking spaces nearby further down Seaford Avenue if you have more than 1 car.

?Please note the parking bay sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet.
