Detached beach house, ideal for a couple or a family with young children

Living area

Enter through the side door into the hallway with coat and shoe storage and open plan living space. There’s a well-equipped kitchen with tall fridge-freezer, electric convection oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, and a dining table with seating for 5. In the front living area, you’ll find a new smart TV, sofa-chaise, and tub armchair. There are bifold doors onto the front deck.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The main bedroom at the rear of the house has a kingsize bed and new ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has full-size bunks and a pullout bed for the 5th guest (children only) if required. This room has an ensuite shower room with jack-and-jill doors from the hallway too.


The front deck has a cube table and chairs, and gets the morning sun, ideal for alfresco breakfast or morning coffee. You can sit out at the back of the back houses and enjoy the afternoon sun whilst the children play on the communal lawns. We leave lots of toys and equipment in the store box near the side door.


The house has a driveway with space for 1-2 cars.


The house has gas central heating, electric towel rails in the bathrooms, and a log burner too. We do not supply logs.

  • The Bay is a great site for a laidback break by the sea. The beach house is lovely, really clean with lots of great knickknacks throughout - great holiday vibe! The walk to the beach is great, especially for dogs. There are activities to suit all ages & a pub which does food too. Great communication with the host throughout, would recommend
