Properties of the Month

Caramel Cottage is a unique 3 bedroom cottage at The Bay – it started life as a 2 bedroom cottage but a large side extension means it now has a separate lounge with log burner in addition to the kitchen-diner. Upstairs you will find a family bathroom with bath and shower over, a twin room, a double room, and up a few steps, a master suite with kingsize bed and walk-in shower ensuite. On Woodspring Way near the meadows.
Sea Air is a first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on Woodspring Way. It is our only apartment and offers comfort and affordability for a couple or a small family. There is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room, a bunk bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The main living room is spacious with 2 sofas, large Smart TV, dining area and galley kitchen.
Skylark is a 2 bedroom beach house on the popular Blue Anchor Road. It has a main kingsize bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room, and a twin room (can also be a superking) with ensuite bath/shower room. There’s an extra small double guest bed to accommodate a 5th guest if needed. The living room is very spacious with large dining table, kitchen and corner sofa in front of the log burner. It also has a parking bay for 2 cars and its own EV Charger (charges apply).
Family Tides is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage offering great value breaks. It has a kingsize bed in the main bedroom with Juliette balcony doors, and a single plus bunks in the front bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. Downstairs is the open plan kitchen/diner/living room with a downstairs toilet off the hall, and a patio garden at the rear. There is an optional sofa bed so it can sleep up to 6 altogether.
