We have 24/7 support if you are staying in one of our Filey Bay Direct properties – just call 0800 9989 717. Please have the property name or address ready and leave a message if we’re busy. We cannot help if you are staying in another property at The Bay Resort so please contact whoever you booked with.

Owners

We offer a fully-managed service for owners of properties at The Bay Filey. We arrange cleaners, maintenance, guest correspondence, and more. We are currently interested in adding more of the following property types to our portfolio to meet guest demand. Just use our contact form and we will be in touch.
