I am Paula Foster, and I established Filey Bay Direct in 2018 as the first small agency at The Bay, Filey.
Filey Bay Direct now acts as the letting agent for over thirty owners at The Bay, with a carefully selected portfolio of high quality properties and an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service.
We offer the full range of Bay properties including the larger style lodges and unique seafront properties. All our properties have wifi, modern kitchens, bathrooms and furnishings. The key to our success is simple: we only work with owners who care about the guest experience, keep their properties updated and actively respond to guest feedback.
With a dedicated local manager, Sara, and cleaning, laundry and maintenance delivered by experienced local companies or the owners themselves, you can be confident that you will be well cared for during your stay. With over a thousand happy guests each year, including many regulars, you can be assured that the properties in my portfolio are the ones that people like to come back to again and again.
As an owner of a property at The Bay myself since 2014, I know the village very well, and can help you choose your perfect holiday home on the resort.
Filey Bay Direct is also a recognised agency member of PASC UK (the UK association of self-caterers).
We also support charities including The Golddigger Trust, offering stays in Filey to help fundraising efforts.
