Anchors Away Cottage is situated on Sunrise Drive, close to amenities, but with a quiet south-facing patio and gardens. Parking bay just outside and at the rear (first come first served).

Enter through the front door into a hallway with stairs up, and downstairs cloakroom. To your right is a door through to the large open plan living space, with new luxury kitchen, dining table and chairs, corner sofa, large armchair and a further 2 seater sofa, so plenty of space for all the family. French doors in the lounge area lead to the patio with wooden furniture and sunny outlook.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. At the front is the kingsize bedroom with smart TV, storage, and its own ensuite shower room. At the rear are two bedrooms – a double with built in wardrobes, and a large room ideal for children with full-size bunks and a single bed too. There is also a newly fitted family bathroom with bath and a shower over.

Outside is a rear patio with table and chairs and a bench, south-facing to make the most of any sunshine.

There is a parking bay directly outside and more spaces nearby.
