Joe's beach house

Joe's beach house is a lovely two bedroom cottage suitable for a group of 4 people (adults / children) plus infant.

Enter through the front door to a hallway with downstairs cloakroom (wc and basin) off.

Through into the open plan living space with well-equipped kitchen including a SMEG fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and more. The lounge area has modern leather sofas, armchairs, a Smart TV, sound bar. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs and wooden flooring.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and clothes storage, smart TV, Juliette balcony and a glimpse of the sea with views of Bempton cliffs. The second bedroom has full-size twin beds and a view over to Filey Brigg, and a TV.

Between the two is the family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

There is free unlimited high speed WIFI throughout the property with Smart TV's, sound bar for that movie experience and free access to Disney Plus.

This is a child friendly property with child tables, stools, child coat stand, Space cot, high chair seat, stair gate, children's plastic cups, bowls, plates, beakers, cutlery and some toys. Everything you might need for a family getaway with younger children.

Sadly no pets allowed. The property accommodates those who prefer not to stay in a property where pets have been.

Please note the closest parking bay sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet, but there is a brick paved parking bay nearby too.
