Pebble Place is new to Filey Bay Direct in 2024, and is furnished to a high standard with new carpets throughout.

Deceptively spacious, with the benefit of a separate lounge and dining/kitchen, its an excellent choice for a family of up to 6, or a multi-generational group.

The kitchen-diner has booth seating for up to 6 plus room for a high chair. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and under-counter fridge with ice box.

The lounge has 2 large sofas, armchair, large screen TV, wii for games, and access to the courtyard area with seating and BBQ.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed with storage around and a new dressing table and TV and its own ensuite shower room

The second bedroom has a day bed which can be made up as a single or can be extended to make a kingsize if required

The third bedroom is a spacious twin with wardrobe and bedside tables.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Parking spaces to the front (across the road) or the rear.

One small dog welcome.

We had a 4 night stay over the May bank holiday as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids ages 9.11 and 13 and our cockapoo. The cottage is immaculate, and well kitted out with nice touches. The 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets were a great bonus with 3 kids. The cottage had fast wifi and smart tv and WIi which was brilliant for the kids. Location wise the cottage is in a nice quiet road but literally round the corner from the pub, pool and gym and shop. It’s a lovely walk down to the beach about 10 mins or so. The site itself is beautiful and looked great with all the greenery. It felt very peaceful. We heard no noise despite the site being relatively busy due to the half term week. Paula was a great host and was always in touch with reminders. It was our first visit to Filey and we were stunned by just how beautiful the local area is and seems much more chilled than Scarborough. Will def be back and def use Pebble place again.

We loved our stay at Pebble Place and have only good things to say about Paula our super host :) The layout of the cottage made it feel super spacious and there were lots of little touches that made it really welcoming. And Paula made all aspects of our stay super easy. We will definitely be booking again :)
