Description

Sand Dollar Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Perfect for a quiet break away from it all, with a deck and boules court to the front and parking bay for 2 cars at the rear.

Enter through the side door into the hallway with coat storage. To your left are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children. There is an optional pullout truckle bed for a small child too. There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with sofa and armchair, with bifold doors to the deck with outdoor seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside on the boules court.

We leave a few games for our guests to use.

There is a smart TV in the living room and further TVs in both bedrooms.

The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

Parking for 2 cars side by side behind the house too.

Please note the driveway/path sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet and therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Paula's View

Sand Dollar is light and bright, and in a lovely private position but close to amenities. Perfect for a family as there's a bunk bed room with extra pullout bed - in fact its our only dog-friendly beach house with bunks. It has a real beach house "vibe" in its decor.

Parking bay for 2 cars side by side. Sunny deck overlooking a boules court.
Around 10 minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes to amenities.
Blue Anchor Retreat, Blue Bay and Seashell Cove are all near neighbours, ideal for a family gathering!

Last minute weekend away for my daughter and I, what a lovely place Paula has. It was perfect, my little girl loved the bunk beds and the games, toys made her day! All the little things go a long way and make it extra special. It was lovely, just what we needed. Plenty of space for bigger families and dogs. Will be returning for definite. Thank you Paula x

We really enjoyed staying at sand dollar. I liked the fact it’s dog friendly but you wouldn’t know as the furniture is clean and pet hair free, it didn’t smell “doggy” like previous places we have stayed that are pet friendly. The site is small but very well groomed, the decking area is wired so keeps small dogs enclosed which is also a plus although some of the chicken wire had seen better days and could be renewed. The accommodation was very clean and the only thing I could say is it got very warm on an evening and we didn’t have a potable fan in the bedrooms. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family! Thank you very much!
