Silversands House is situated on Silversands Way, the ultimate location at The Bay, with unrestricted panoramic sea views from the balcony off the upstairs living area. Close to the beach, playground and village centre.

Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the right is the first kingsize bedroom with patio doors opening on to the front seating area, then another bedroom with full-size twin beds. Both are close to the modern family bathroom with bath and shower over. Across the hall is the amazing main kingsize bedroom, with its own seating and TV area, ensuite shower room, and bifold doors opening onto the rear patio with brick built BBQ, tables, seating, and communal grounds.

Upstairs there is a further double bedroom, with ensuite shower room which also opens onto the living space. The large open plan living space comprises a kitchen with all the appliances you need for a self-catering holiday, including a wine fridge, tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven, microwave and tassimo coffee machine.. There is a spacious dining area, and a living space with 3 sofas, log burner, Marshall blue tooth speaker and smart TV.

Bifold doors open up onto the large balcony with seating, and panoramic views of Filey Bay from Carr Naze to Bempton Cliffs.

Things to note:

The living space is upstairs. We do not have a stairgate due to the style of the staircase which does not enable one.

The property has 4 bedrooms, plus 2 further occasional beds for additional children, so we can accommodate up to 10 altogether.

Please note the parking bay sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet and therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

If I could have given this location more than five stars, I would have done! Absolutely perfect. View out to sea, path down to the beach in under ten minutes...brilliant! We even swam in the sea on New Years Day - knowing we could get back, warm and dry really quickly!! The house itself is fantastic - everything we could have asked for and more. Lots of attention to detail and lovely little touches. Spotlessly clean too. We hope to be back.
