Prospect Cottage

Prospect Cottage is situated on Seaford Avenue, a quiet corner of The Bay but still only a few minutes to the village centre.

Enter through the front door into the hall with cloaks storage and downstairs toilet. Through the internal door into the open plan living space. To the left is the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, new oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and tall fridge-freezer. Round dining table for 4, and two large sofas and smart TV and DVD player for relaxing with the family. Bifold doors open wide let the outside in. Large extended patio with seating and brick-built BBQ.

Take the stairs off the living space to the two spacious upstairs bedrooms with TVs and built in storage, and a family bathroom in between. Plenty of space for 2 in the twin room. The main bedroom also has double doors onto the balcony with seating. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome.
